Our Overseas Recruitment Process

Briefing from the client

Obtaining the manpower requirement order from the international client

Defining and verifying
all employment terms and conditions, including salary Finalising recruitment fees and terms

Finalising the recruitment process agreement and sealing after signature

Obtaining the power of attorney, demand letter and other relevant documents from the client to start the onboarding process

Initiating the recruitment process

Finalising the recruitment process and methods and locking in the locations for conducting the interviews

Exploring the candidate
database for job appropriate CVs

In case the available candidate database proves inadequate, leveraging other means of hiring  like advertisement in newspapers and various media channels

Screening the applicants and lining up an exhaustive list as per client specifications and getting them ready for the final interviews

Interviewing potential candidates

Commencing the final interview process, by the client or the authorized agent, via video conferencing or face-to-face

Conducting practical trade testing, if and where required

In case the available candidate database proves inadequate, leveraging other means of hiring  like advertisement in newspapers and various media channels

Post selection process

Ensuring selected candidates undergo medical examination

Obtaining all pertinent documents for error free visa processing

Completing all insurance related formalities and immigration formalities

Making the necessary travel arrangements with respect to ticketing

Pre-departure

Billing the client and ensuring payment of the dues (confirm once)

Organising an orientation for the newly hired employees for any pre-departure assistance
